Cathedral Ledge is an easy location to get to at sunrise for three seasons of the year, in typical American fashion there's a paved road up to the viewpoint. For obvious reasons, though the road is gated and closed during the winter so the only way up then would be to walk. There are a number of ledges with precipitous drops and the main viewing area has fencing to prevent people from getting too close to the edge. On this particular morning there were 5 other photographers complete with tripods jostling for position by the fencing and pointing their cameras north up Mount Washington Valley. I however, wasn't one of them, I had headed over to an unprotected south facing ledge where I could place the rocky cliff face and the trees clinging to it as my main subject. I smugly had this particular spot all to myself as the sun rose over the adjacent mountains giving me a beautiful and much anticipated golden glow on the foliage and the rocks that it was clinging to.

Signature prints are made on acid free, archival matte paper with a soft, bright white base. Each Print is presented within a white border and signed in pencil on the base of the image. It is also supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity detailing the date of printing, date of shoot and image title.
Image sizes are approx. 4"x6" on 5x7 print / 6.5"x10" on 8.5x11 print / 8.5"x13" on 11x14 print / 11"x16.5" on 13x19 print.
